An additional sleeping area is provided in the adjoining
bunkhouse, which has a single bed, double bunks and a three-quarter sofa bed. The bunkhouse is attached to the house through the third bedroom. It is a colourful modern space designed for children, teenagers or simply those who enjoy casual living.
In the bunkhouse there are comfortable chairs, tables, second TV (free to air only),
VCR and an exercise bike. Board games and a selection of books are also provided in this area.

There is access to the house via the side door of the bunkhouse opposite the back door of the garage and then via the third bedroom.
